This is the disclosure required under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions of Japan for the paid plan (subscription) of the iOS app “Kamerii” (カメリー). This English version is provided for reference; the Japanese version governs.

| Returns and refunds | Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns or provide refunds after purchase except where required by law. To request a refund, apply directly to Apple via Apple’s “Report a Problem” page in accordance with Apple’s policies (Apple decides whether to grant refunds). Except where required by law, no prorated refund is provided for a mid-period cancellation. |
